L&RVLGA join the Past Captains in an AM AM at The Leicestershire Golf Club 24th July 2024

We were welcomed by The Leicestershire’s Lady Captain Liz Everson and Sheila Plant and I sorted the cards while enjoying coffee.

Both Lady Presidents Pam Hall (L&RLCGA) and Andrena Porter (L&RVLGA) came to wish us well as we teed off on the beautifully manicured course.

I know everyone enjoyed their game as laughter followed all teams as they played.

The winners were L&RVLGA Wendy Rix and Maggie Harding playing with L&RLCGA Lorraine Wells and Carol Parkes with a score of 71

Second place went to L&RVLGA Karen Docherty and Ann Whibley L&RLCGA Ann Bancroft and Lynn Cassidy with a score of 68

Three teams were on 65

We enjoyed a delicious meal and drove home after a most delightful day.
