We had a lovely day at Cosby with good weather and a comfortable temperature. The hospitality was excellent, and particular thanks to the Professional's wife who had put 'Pink Fizz and Bucks Fizz' for the ladies before they went out to play. The hospitality was excellent and thanks go to the Catering staff, and also to the greens staff who presented the golf course so well. The golf course proved difficult and the scores reflected this.

A special thank you goes to the Lady Captain, Ann, who also helped the day by acting as a Starter. As usual the committee worked hard to make the day successfull. 128 ladies played in the competition, thank you all for your support.

The next competition is at Beedles Lake on Monday 12th September 2016, and is a Fourball better ball.
