We all arrived safely at Edgbaston, which considering we all travelled on the M6 at rush hour was a great start to our day. The sun was shining and we were all set for a lovely day, then the golf started, and as you can see from the results things did not go our way! We were beaten resoundingly on the day 7 -1, but that did not detract from the wonderful day we had. Hospitality was excellent, the course was tricky, but it is a gem in the middle of Birmingham City. Most of our team said they would like to go back and play it again. The day finished with an extremely pleasant meal.
