Leicestershire & Rutland 2nd Team v Nottinghamshire 2nd Team

The match was played at Oakmere Park, Notts on Thursday 24th July.

Another course to test our stamina with a number of steep uphill holes, but most enjoyable. It was also a very hot day so we were all pleased to relax with a cooling drink afterwards.

Oakmere Park and Nottinghamshire Ladies made us very welcome and we enjoyed a meal of home cooked ham and salad with chips.

All the ladies enjoyed their matches which were closely fought.

The result was a win to Leicestershire & Rutland 4 1/2- 3 1/2.
