2nd Team Match with Derbyshire at Scraptoft

We had a wonderful, sunny day for our match with Derbyshire. The opposition had unfortunately not been able to raise a full team, so we reluctantly agreed to play a 3-ball AMAM, which actually was played in great spirit, and everyone enjoyed the course and the meal afterwards. My thanks go to everyone who took part and also to the staff at Scraptoft who were great in accommodating all the last-minute changes. Thanks also to LP Sue, who saw all the teams off on the first tee, and to my Vice Captain Pauline for buying the lovely plants for the first prize, one of which she won herself! Her other team members were Jill Woodford (putting her local knowledge to good use) and Cathy Theobald from Derby GC.
