Kind regards Rita Watts L&RVLGA Treasurer Hello Rita I write on behalf of the Junior Section of the Association to thank you most sincerely for your donation to our Junior Girls’ Development Fund. We are very grateful indeed for your continued support and it comes at a time when we are about to make commitments for coaching & development for girls across the skill spectrum for 2023. Our sessions for grass roots girls have continued through the year, alongside separate sessions for the more experienced girls. Next year we are planning to take a group to Woodhall Spa again which is always something the young ones aspire to! It’s a great team building exercise and broadens their experience of different courses and the skills that are needed for each. Our inaugural Foxes Junior Pathway Tour haas been hugely successful, involving not only girls but boys too - across all the skill levels. The additional playing opportunities this has provided in a highly populated junior scenario has been nothing short of brilliant!! Over 70 youngsters played in each location, of which there were five. The 2023 Tour will be launched in November and we are confident of another terrific level of entries! All these activities are funding dependant. Our thanks to the Association for their unfailing support. We cannot express our appreciation strongly enough.
