The Final Competition of this season was played at Birstall Golf Club on Monday 10th September 2018, the 4BBB and Kath Loake Salvers (over 70s Pair).

Birstall golf club provided the ladies with excellent hospitality, and a lovely course following the long hot and dry summer. A special thanks to the greens staff, who have had a difficult season with the extreme weather.

Thanks also go to the catering staff who looked after us, and our starters, Bob Watts and Malcolm Porter, who looked after the ladies tee-ing off on the day, and as usual the committee provided invaluable support on the day, the events would not run so well without everyones support.

There were 144 entries for the competition, and some excellent scores were made, well done to everyone who took part!
