The Crystal Trophies were played on Monday 9th July at Hinckley Golf Club. The weather continued to be hot and sunny, but a gentle breeze and some cloud cover made the later afternoon much more pleasant. The course was presented beautifully , and still has green fairways, which after such a dry and hot spell is lovely to see. The hospitality from the Club was excellent, and special thanks to our starters , Bob Watts and Malcolm Porter,  who sent the ladies off. Thanks also to the ladies committee who help the event to function effectively.

There were 172 ladies entered,  so thank you to all the ladies who support the events.
