The weather for this match was very warm and humid with a threat of thunder storms, which thankfully never materialised.

This annual event is played as an AMAM with one lady and one gent to count on every hole with all to count on the 18^th.

The runners up were: P Weiss and G Lightfoot (Market Harborough Gents) and Avis Webb and Annie Martin (82 points)

The Winners were: W Forsyth and D Wakeling (Market Harborough Gents) and Annette O’Meara and Jill Barrington (86 points).

Nearest the pin for the ladies was won by Clair Tandy.

A great day out was enjoyed by all and a huge thank you to all who played.

The course was in good condition considering the wet they had had the night before when all the bunkers were full of water. The meal was Steak pie or Salmon with strawberry pavlova, coffee and mints to follow.
