Friday 11th May 2018

The first inter-county match versus Staffordshire was played at Willesley Park GC.  The weather turned out to be fine, but there was a very chilly wind.  Willesley Park was very well presented and there was a warm welcome from the house manager and the professional.

We had ladies from 12 different clubs supporting Leicestershire & Rutland but in the end Staffordshire were a very strong team and unfortunately we lost 6 1/2 to 1 1/2.
